Cat has been a reiki practitioner for the past three years, and specializes in reiki for both people and animals. Animals are uniquely open to many forms of energy, and reiki has been very helpful in helping animals to heal after surgery, ease the pain of growing older, and enhance their everyday quality of life. But Cat doesn't limit her practice to just animals, humans need healing energy too. Cat also teaches others to tap into the energy around them and learn how to do reiki themselves. Several times a year she conducts classes for the various levels of Usui reiki practice.
